Joint Beaver & Cub Camp 2025
The Beavers and Cubs will be having a joint camp on the weekend of the 21st June to 22nd June, at Walesby Forest Scout Camp - Brake Rd, Walesby, Newark, NG22 9NG.
The Beavers will be sleeping in a building, which has dormitories with bulk beds, male and female toilets, kitchen and dining/activity area. The Cubs will be sleeping in tents, next to the building, and using it for a base for toileting and eating.
The Beavers and Cubs will be taking part in various instructor lead sessions. These may include Climbing, Assault Course, Crate Stack and Jacobs Ladder. The Beavers will also be doing Cave Maze and Low Ropes, whilst the Cubs will be Kayaking and Raft Building. There will also be Scouting games and a Scout Campfire for fun and songs with all the other Scouts on site.
We will provide supper on the Friday and Saturday evenings (hot chocolate and biscuit), Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday (bacon/sausage/quorn alternative...
